This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of RIVOX, a product of JSR Technologies LLC. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. RIVOX is built for software and technology businesses.

1. Prohibited businesses

• Illegal products or services, or activity that violates sanctions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or pyramid schemes.
• Unlicensed financial, gambling or money transmission services.
• Sale of stolen data or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Content that exploits minors or promotes violence or hate.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access other accounts or bypass security controls.
• Interfering with or overloading the Services, including excessive automated requests.
• Reverse engineering the Services except where permitted by law.
• Submitting personal data without a lawful basis.
• Using the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report activity to authorities.
